Dr Keith Stokes is a Principal Scientist in the Mechanical Sciences Sector of the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) at Farnborough. Working within the Corrosion Cotrol Team, he is technical leader for a wide range of marine corrosion projects and is responsible for managing several applied research items. He has 20 years experence in the field of corrosion and erosion and he has particular experience with stainless steels, aluminium and copper based alloys and cathodic protection. He is currently the Chairman of the Marine Corrosion Club of the IoM.
